Rick Glasby (England)

Hello, I'm Rick from Sheffield in central England. During and after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University I have been working as an English teacher, teaching both English students and European nationals. When teaching both individuals and groups I prefer to use a more friendly style of teaching, using free-flowing conversation whilst also incorporating grammar and business (if desired by the student). I also have a number of teaching certificates.

Wayne Baskett (USA)

Wayne Baskett (USA) has been teaching English Language in Moscow for one year. Wayne is from Seattle, Washington USA….

His down to earth style of teaching English has proved one more time the superiority of a communicative approach over academic drilling in English language instruction.

Wayne holds a number of teaching certificates. Many of his Russian students are intrigued by his style, because as an author, screenwriter and poet he can combine the literary, high level, standard EL input with the indigenous, colorful layers of American Slang.

Christian J. Riveron (USA)

Qualifications - Master’s in Lingustics (University of Florida).

Certificates: TESL (Teacher of English As a Second Language) University of Florida, 2009.

Dan Perris (England)

Dan Perris is from the South of England. He is CELTA trained and has over three years teaching experience.
Dan is dedicated to helping clients of all levels improve their English and is currently an English instructor of the IBClub.

His specialities include:

• General and Business English - he has a number of Russian business employees, who he teaches on a daily basis.
• Helping clients improve their conversational English.
• Two year’s experience training English language learners for the TOEFL test. His unique teaching style, with up-to-date learning material and enthusiastic manner, has become very popular with clients. Currently, Dan is teaching Russian IBClub and EIM members one-to-one via Skype.

Richard is a Financial analyst and Business English teacher from England.

Jason Sharon (USA)

Hi, my name is Jason Sharon. I am from Miami, Florida, and after living in five different countries over the last four years, I have finally found a place where I can see myself settling down. I have been in Moscow now for over a year. I have spent vast amounts of time in multinational corporations, small businesses and in a business venture of my own. Upon completion of my MBA in Moscow I intend on immersing myself into Russian business culture. My native language is American English. I am also a qualified English Language Instructor and have a number of students in Moscow. I am willing to share my expertise with the IBCLlub members during the meetings.
